ITM Group of Institutions was established in 1991 as ITM - Business School. It was one of the first private unaided business schools in India. Gradually ITM has spread out and has established Institutes in all fields of education, including Engineering, Technology, Hotel Management, Health Sciences, Fashion Design & Technology, and Culinary Arts. ITM Group of Institutions offers admission to BSc, BDes, BA, Certificate, Diploma, and Executive education in management, fashion, optometry, hospitality and engineering. The MBA/PGDM admissions are based on CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, and GMAT scores. 

ITM Group of Institutions also accepts scores of CLAT, POLYCET and other states/national level exams for admission to respective courses. The campus is spread across 3 acres and provides all the latest facilities. The placements at ITM Group of Institutions have been exceptional; in 2022, companies like Byju's, Lodha, Kalpatru, Reckitt Benckiser, HDFC Ltd, and others visited the campus, and the highest CTC offered was INR 22 LPA, and the average salary offered was INR 8.5 LPA.
