• What should you do in the last few minutes before the CAT 2024 exam. Candidates who have got morning slot, can’t do much but wake up early and reach their test centre by 7 am on November 24, 2024. They will have to do last minute revision a night before. But candidates who have got afternoon and forenoon shift can do some las minute preparation. Here are a few CAT 2024 last minute tips to score high.

• IIM Ahmedabad PGP 2024-25 Summer Placement, The top three recruiters for the first cluster were Accenture Strategy (India Market Unit and Global Network), Boston Consulting Group and McKinsey and Company. The clusters 2 and cluster 3 of the PGP summer placement process will be conducted on November 15 and 18 respectively.

• CAT 2024 admit cards are out for IIMA PGP admission 2025 and can be downloaded from iimcat.ac.in. The CAT 2024 exam is scheduled to be conducted on November 24, 2024.
• PhD admission 2025 for IIM Ahmedabad is ongoing and the last date to register is January 20, 2025. The application fee is INR 500 (INR 200 for reserved category students).
• The GATE 2025 exam will be held on February 01, 02, 15, and 16, 2025, for IIMA ePGD-ABA admission 2025.

IIM Ahmedabad Courses & Fees

IIM Ahmedabad offers short- and long-term academic programs that include anything from highly specialised fields to general management, with results ranging from basic knowledge enhancement to professional certificates or degrees.

Among these are full-time postgraduate courses like PGP, PGP-FABM, courses for working executives- PGPX and hybrid courses such as ePGD-ABA. 

IIM Ahmedabad Admission 

IIM Ahmedabad admission has an accepting rate of less than 0.1 % for its 398 seats for the MBA course. The institute offers admission to all its PG programs based on the scores of different entrance exams such as CAT, GMAT or GRE. Aside from these, there are diploma, certificate and doctoral programs in the curriculum for IIM Ahmedabad. 

The admission process includes shortlisting of candidates based on their scores in entrance exams, their academic history and gender diversity. Applicants also undergo personal interaction with the admission committee and are required to submit essays or statements of purpose for admission to certain courses. 

The final list of applicants is prepared based on their overall performance. Applicants who fulfil the scholarship requirements can apply for one at the time of admission. The is only offered for doctoral and other programs as per government policies. 

• For IIM Ahmedabad PGPX, Candidates with a strong professional background, a strong academic record, a bachelor's degree in any field, or its equivalent with 50% aggregate, a valid GMAT or GRE score and a minimum of 25 years of age are eligible for applying for the course. Applicants must also have a work experience of 4 years. At the time of the interview, applicants are asked to submit the essay as per the admission requirements. 
• For ePGD-AMA, applicants must have a 2-year work experience. In the absence of valid scores from any of the accepted national entrance examinations of CAT, GMAT, GRE etc, applicants can appear for the ePGD-AMA entrance exam conducted by the institute.
• The FDP program is for faculties in the field of management with a research experience of 2 years and below the age of 45 years. For the certification course, the IIM Ahmedabad committee conducts a telephonic interview with the candidates. Applicants are expected to have fluency in spoken and written english. 
• The course of AFP is designed to steer the defence personnel to navigate the unknown world of corporate once they wish to transition. The course is offered by the Ministry of Defence and the eligibility requirements are per the governmental norms and rulings. 

IIM Ahmedabad Cutoff 

For IIM Ahmedabad admission to the MBA program, applicants are required to score more than the set CAT cutoff in different sections of the entrance exam paper. However, the cutoff is required only given below is only required for shortlisting purposes and doesnot guarantee admission to the course.
