Two programs are available based on the entry skill level of the participants. One is for Experienced Relationship Managers and the other is for freshers. For experienced, the course duration will be one month and for freshers, the duration will be six months. The program is related to Virtual relationship management. Virtual Relationship managers are a high potential channel for banks for revenue generation through customer retention, cross-selling and portfolio management. Indian Insurance is into a new era and the insures now need to adapt a new way of working to deliver the 'future of work'. NIIT IFBI understands this change and offers unique programs to create future-ready talent for insurance companies. NIIT IFBI delivers these programs in collaboration with NIIT University at Neemrana. The programs offered in terms of Insurance are:

  • Post Graduate Diploma in Life Insurance

The duration of the program in 1 year which includes 4 months on campus and 8 months of internship an on the job training. The programs involved in both academically rigorous courses, and also projects, assignments, internships, leadership interactions, finishing school and other off-curriculum components.
