Institute of Technology, Gopeshwar [ITG] is one of the Four constituent colleges of Uttarakhand Technical University [UTU] that was established in October 2013 with the approval of Uttarakhand Government. IT Gopeshwar is approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, New Delhi. ITG has a robust UG programme which offers the Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) Degree in 5 niche subjects streams. The University and IT Gopeshwar aim at facilitating and promoting studies, research, technology incubation, product innovation and extension work in Science and Technology for achieving excellence in higher technical education. With well equipped classrooms, advanced pedagogical techniques and meticulously charted study plans, ITG aims to align with its mission of creating conducive learning environments, to nurture skilled and visionary technical professionals of tomorrow.

Institute of Technology Gopeshwar [ITG] Admission 2024
ITG provides such a conducive environment to his students in which they become intellectually capable, innovative and entrepreneurial professionals. Institute of Technology, [IT] Gopeshwar also provides an educational training that promotes and emphasizes social awareness as well as development of professional skills among the students.
Besides promoting research and disseminating knowledge gained therefrom, it fosters cooperation between the academic and industrial communities. A full-fledged Department of Training & Placement (T&P) exists at the College to cater the Placement Coordination. Further, a centralized department of training & placement (T&P), operates from Institute of Technology Gopeshwar & Co-ordinates the activities of College T&P cells.

ITG offers four B. Tech programmes in five disciplines viz. CSE, ECE, ME, CE, and EE. There also exist a number of add-on courses to develop an engineer in totality with his/her mind and body as perfect tools for specific career absorptions.

Qualification & Eligibility Requirements
In order to be eligible for admission at the institute, candidate should fulfill at least one of the following criteria-

| B.Tech | 1. Passed Intermediate (+2) examination from a recognized board, with at-least 45% marks in PCM (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category in Science stream). 2. Passed Diploma Examination from an AICTE approved institute, with at-least 50% Marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category in appropriate branch of Engineering). 3.Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized university as defined by UGC, with at-least 50% marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) and passed XII standard with Mathematics |
Fee Details
The enrollment fee of INR 1500 is a one-time fee, due only at the time of Admission to First Year [FY] or in the case of Lateral Entry.
Total fees for B.Tech course in either of the specializations previously mentioned would amount to INR 228700/- for eight semesters.
As per the TFW Scheme, eligible students are entitled to a different fee structure; their total fees of eight semesters amounting to INR 28700/-
Fees may be liable to periodic revision.
