All students enrolled in the program are eligible for the Campus Recruitment Programme. ISB&M Campus recruitment process is organized by the Placement Assistance Cell. Placement Cell identifies potential companies, makes presentations, and co-ordinates with students in terms of matching their aspirations.

ISB&M has maintained a record of 100% summer and final placement since inception. Over 270 companies have participated in Campus Recruitment Programme for Final Placement and Summer Internship. The Training and Placement Cell bridges the gap between industry and institute by providing excellent training and motivating the students to make them employable.
