Welcome to the Training & Placement Cell of the University College of Engineering Kakinada (UCEK) (Autonomous), Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada.

The goal of Training & Placement Cell is to provide career guidance, good employment opportunities and world class training to the students of UCEK, JNTU Kakinada. The College has a spacious Training & Placement Cell equipped with latest infrastructure for the smooth and efficient conduct of Training programmes and Campus Recruitment Drives by various organizations. The Training & Placement Cell offers best infrastructural facilities. It provides the best hospitality and all the required facilities such as Central Air Conditioned Auditorium for Pre-Placement Talks, Air Conditioned Exam halls for the conduct of Aptitude and Technical Tests, Personal computers with high speed internet connectivity with UPS and Generator Support for conduct of Online Test, Exclusive Group Discussion Rooms, Exclusive and Spacious Air Conditioned Interview Rooms, a spacious suet room with dining hall, a Special Confidential Room with WiFi connectivity, Photo Copier machine, printers, etc for Company Officials.

The Cell is created exclusively for facilitating student’s placement in various organizations before they graduate from the College. The Cell is headed by a faculty member of the College designated as Training & Placement Officer. The Training & Placement Officer initiates and maintains liaison between various Industries/Organizations and the Institution. These organizations are invited to the Institution for Campus Recruitments, which commences from the seventh semester of B.Tech courses every year. Placements & Internships : 6 lakh per annum for cse branch and so many internships given by MNCs to so many students, for example, our college mechanical students selected for siemens internship

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Based on AP EAMCET, you will get admission in this college and as per your 12th percentage.

Fees & Scholarships : 3000 Government scholarship based on caste as well as merits also and here central government scholarship also there named as nsp scholarship that was given by central government 264.

Academics & Faculty : Class timing is morning 9:00 am to evening 4:30 pm and after 12:30 pm lunch break, currently we don't do any project work because I am a first-year student, we have exams that was mid and weekly c language exam they conduct 4/5 quality of teaching Better

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Presently our college has no hostel so our college adopt some hostels nearby college and there are 2 hostels for boys and girls In our town the food cost is too high, food is cheap but cost is high Coming to food is not bad and the cost of food is 30000 per year Classrooms are good and labs are well equipped, and library is small but lot off books are their, wifi facility is available.

Clubs & Associations : Our college participates in all social works, our senior conduct some competition to inspire students, Freshers, day and fest and teachers day.

Placements & Internships : Since our batch is the first one, internships and placements cannot be estimated by now at JNTU College of Engineering. But since it's located within the range of AMARAVATHI, the capital of Navyandhra(A.P.), it has a great scope for high internship and placement with high packages.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : JNTUK University College of Engineering Narasaraopet is a good college for engineering. Being the youngest of the Jawaharlal Nehru fraternity in Andhra Pradesh, celebrating its first year in 2016, it is giving as much importance to academics as to sports and extra-curricular activities. Students are admitted in undergraduate engineering courses of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Communication, Electrical and Electronics and Computer Science. The university hosts a conducive and interactive learning environment with the best teachers on board. Apart from regular classwork and well-designed assignments, awareness of social causes is brought for the students from National Service Scheme(NSS), Rotary Club etc.

Fees & Scholarships : As JNTU College of Engineering belongs to Jawarhal Nehru fraternity, the annual fee is very nominal which consists of tuition, transport, and hostel cum mess fees which are Rs. 13,500, Rs. 7,000 and Rs. 24,000 and which is affordable.

Academics & Faculty : Apart from regular classwork and well-designed assignments, awareness of social causes is brought in the students from NSS and Rotary clubs etc at JNTU College of Engineering. The quality of learning is exceptional as it holds the best faculty onboard.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : As of now, the college is under construction but the present campus fulfills the basic needs of a student. The food provided in a hostel is of first class quality and nutritious too.

Clubs & Associations : JNTU College of Engineering encourages students to join many clubs like that of NSS, Rotary and Blood Donation camps etc which also builds the students character and his attitude towards nature.
