KMEA Engineering College has got a strong and full-fledged Career Guidance and Placement Unit (CGPU) with a full time Placement Officer. Regular placement oriented training programmes imparted from semester one onwards.
This is the Placement Report of B.Tech – 2014 and B.Tech – 2015. It is to validate the information provided in the report with the relevant documentations. In this report, we confirm the following:
- Total 92 companies have participated in the final placement process till the day for 2014 passed out students.
- Total 74 companies have already participated in the final placement process till the day for 2015 passing out students.
- Total 60 number of students from KMEA who got placement offers-2013 – 2014 batches through CGPU
- Total 63 number of students from KMEA who got placement offers-2014 – 2015 batches through CGPU
- Total 34 companies visited KMEA during this year for recruitment of B.Tech – 2014 & B.Tech – 2015 students.
- More than 200 companies have given permission for doing internship for our B.Tech students.
- Done 25 industrial visits.
- Conducted 45 career guidance and placement oriented training programmes till the day.
- Providing internship assistance for all students in industries.
- Other Industry Institute Interaction with more than 200 companies
- Providing placement orientation classes for all branches of S8 & S6 students.
- Conducting special English Language Lab session for all S6 students.
- Providing Industrial visits for all students
