Academics & Faculty : The college timings are 9:30 am to 4:15 pm and every class is of 50 minutes. Coming to projects, major and minor projects are done by the students in 3rd year ending and starting of 4th year. Coming to exams, every semester is conducted after every 5 months of regular classes and there will be 2 mid term examinations and for every mid term assignments are given to the students. Our college provides good quality of education and method of teaching is digital. The faculty teaches through projector. Overall experience is great. The college environment and interaction with the faculty is good .
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The students who completed their intermediate in MPC (maths, physics, chemistry) are eligible for admission. I have written the entrance exam conducted by the government of Telangana i.e., TS EAMCET. Rank cutoff depends on the caste and category of the student. My caste comes under BC (backward classes). The rank cutoff for the CSE was around 20,000.
Placements & Internships : I didn't do any internship and planning to do now. Tabulera, Virtusa, Legato, HCl, ADP, 3S Data cloud, SS&C, Safertek and many more companies visit our campus. Roles offered are developer and tester. Average package is 4.5 LPA, highest package is 24 LPA. Alumni network is great.
Fees & Scholarships : When I had joined i.e. 2020, the course fee per year was 1.04L and I got 35k reimbursed, so I paid 68k per year. Government gives 35k reimbursement for low income and backward classes students. 50% of students in college get reimbursement. According to me there is no need of loans.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There is a campus hostel for girls and boys separately. Yearly fee for both boys' and girls' hostel is around 60k and the students can pay it in 2 installments. There are many hostels outside the college and they cost 5.5k to 6k per month. The food in college is very good and nutritious, it costs Rs.100 per meal (I guess) Every classroom consists of 20-25 benches and a projector, labs are sufficient with fully working computers. We have both digital and non-digital library. Fully Wi-Fi enabled campus.
Clubs & Associations : There is a SAC association which includes curricular activities and it has different clubs like music, dance, sports, etc. There is an NSS association which intiates social awareness programs. There is an event called AKSHARA. It is celebrated every year in the campus for 2 days. It includes many competitions related to tech and non-tech and competitions in sports and cultural events are also conducted. And the major event is Annual day, it's like full of fun. The overall life in the campus is great and it's the place where a student can learn and enjoy the student life as well. And also college environment gives great exposure to nature and supports the students in every aspect. It is the place which shows the path for the students to achieve their dreams and goals.
