Mayo Institute of Medical Sciences, Barabanki campus is a beautiful campus with all the basic facilities. The campus is built across a huge piece of land.

It provides all the basic infrastructural facilities to the students.

• Lecture Theatres -Each lecture hall has 180 seats and is equipped with audiovisual training tools such as a PA system, computer, LCD projector, white board, green board, and E-Class.
• Demonstration Rooms –2 demonstration rooms with a total capacity of 90 people with audio visual teaching aids (e.g., projectors, screens, etc.) Each Pre Clinical and Para Clinical Department has a computer, LCD, projector, whiteboard, green board, OHP, TV, and other technology. In each OPD and ward, there is a demonstration room.
• Practical Laboratory -Six 225-square-meter laboratories with adjoining preparation and storage rooms, as well as three 90-square-meter laboratories for the Anatomy, Biochemistry, and Physiology departments, are accessible. In addition, each Preclinical and Paraclinical department has its own Research Laboratory.
• Central Library -Central Library of the area is 2700 Sq. the meter is available with Air-conditioning  & Audio Visual System.
• Computer Lab -40 Computers available with internet facility.
• Hospital- There are 300 beds at the hospital, with separate beds for casualty, trauma, pre-operative and post-operative care, as well as several intensive care units. All patient care amenities are provided.
• Hostel & Mess- The college includes sophisticated hostel amenities for boys and girls that include a visiting room, a study room with computer Wi-Fi internet access, a recreational facility room with T.V., music, indoor activities, and mess facilities that make the students feel at home away from home.
• Cafeteria- A well-furnished modern Cafeteria is available for students, staff & others for refreshment.
• Medical Facilities- The institute has the policy to provide free medical facilities available in the hospital to the student and staff (excluding medicine)
