Placements & Internships : The major role of the people from B.F.tech is to work in the garment industry mainly in production, merchandising, fabric, quality etc. The college has official internships after every even semester 2nd year onwards. The average salary is INR 4.5 p.a. The alumni network is great as NIFT Delhi is the best college in this country for this course. Getting internships is easy because of the college reputation.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for my course was to have science stream in 11th and 12th and have cleared 12th with minimum 65%. I cleared the admission exam conducted every year. The cutoff is based on rank and to get in the Delhi branch, your national rank should be lower than 50.

Fees & Scholarships : The course fee is around INR 1.5 lakhs. There are a few scholarships available from the Government. As it is a central government university. 30% to 40% students get internships. Banks easily give loans because its a government institution.

Academics & Faculty : The class timings are from 9:15 am to 5:30 pm. The quality of education is great and practical knowledge is given more importance than theoretical knowledge. The overall experience is great.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There is only girls hostel in college. The hostel fee is around Rs.8000 per month The food in college is average but the cost is low The classrooms and infrastructure are in good condition.

Clubs & Associations : There are four clubs and a few teams in college. There are two main fests one is converging which is the annual sports meet and the other is spectrum which is the annual college fest. The life in college is cool and chill.
