National Institute of Technology, [NIT] Jamshedpur is spread over 341.3 acres. It is acknowledged for its huge campus and residential facilities in India. Some of the highlighting features of the NIT Jamshedpur campus are listed below.
Library: The library subscribes to several technical, scientific, and general publications, journals, and newspapers. It includes circulation, serials, and an online public access catalogue (OPAC). The NIT Jamshedpur library has purchased the latest LIBNET software 7.0 to keep up with the digital world's pace.
Medical Facilities: The institute has round the clock medical facilities at the institute health centre to meet the medical needs of staff and students. A medical services committee is keeping an eye on it. The employee and their families can use Aarogyam Pathology Laboratory in Adityapur for various pathological examinations on a cashless basis. Ambulance service is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for both workers and students in an emergency.
Hostel: The NIT Jamshedpur offers accommodation facilities for boys and girls separately. NIT Jamshedpur hostels have 13 hostels, 9 for boys and 3 for girls.
Computer Centre: The OVAL edifice - Computer Centre, which houses central computing facilities - is one of the campus highlights. Transport: National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur facilities include a bus service for students. The bus operates three times a day from the campus bus stop to Bishtupur's Gopal Maidan. It also comes to a halt at NIT Main Gate, Adityapur colony's Road No. 4, and All India Radio (Adityapur).

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Hostel is compulsary for every one. There is enough hostel to accomodate everyone. You have to take food in mess in campus. Quality of food in mess is very good. Mess charge is about 16.5k per semester till this year.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : It is one of the best NIT after NIT from south India. It has very good in placement. To get admission one has to clear JEE MAIN exam conducted by CBSE for graduation in engineering. One with rank up to INR.30000 can get admitted here.
Placements & Internships : 5th best NIT in terms of placement. Here core, It, Manufacturing, Finance, Marketing, and sales companies hire students. Average salary may be more than INR.6 lakh per annum. Last year highest salary was offered by Amazon 27k.
Fees & Scholarships : Fees are as same as of other nits. Your tuition fees may get remitted if you belong to economically backward class. You may get the loan here easily in sbi bank in the college.
Academics & Faculty : the Classes generally begin from 8 am to 12 pm, and from 1 pm to 5 pm. But there may be no class at the certain time in a day. You will have 5 to 6 hours of classes daily. There are test1, test2 and end semester exam in one semester. Teaching quality is good here. It is the good college.

Academics & Faculty : Academics is excellent. Presently our new teaching site is under construction and will completed by the end of this year only.
Clubs & Associations : We have a lot of different teams which include 5 technical teams, socities, clubs. Getting into one of them will help to get a corporate-ready personality. Our teams perform internationally and nationally and have a very decent rank out there.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are 11 hostels which are of great infrastructure and comfort. The food in the hostels is good. The quality of classrooms is a bit lower than the hostels but it is good.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : You can get a seat in NIT JAMSHEDPUR on the basis of JEE MAIN rankings or a limited amount of seats are available for DASA ( Direct Admission to Students Abroad ). I took JEE MAIN and when I attended admissions, for Computer science and engineering, the cutoff was up to a rank of 13000.
Placements & Internships : I completed my internship at MAQ Software. The top companies for campus placements will be Amazon, Microsoft, BPCL, UHG, BUYHATKE etc. The highest salary offered was around INR 5.7 LPA. The Alumni network is so good.
Fees & Scholarships : The course fee is available on the website of NIT JAMSHEDPUR. There are so many scholarships available here for every branch. Most number of students get a scholarship here. State Bank of India in the college helps with student loans.
Academics & Faculty : The class timings will be generally from 8 to 5 with leisures. Monday to Friday. The teaching is good and it is appreciated by all the students. The college gives a good feel of a university.
