Placements & Internships : 5th best NIT in terms of placement. Here core, It, Manufacturing, Finance, Marketing, and sales companies hire students. Average salary may be more than INR.6 lakh per annum. Last year highest salary was offered by Amazon 27k.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : It is one of the best NIT after NIT from south India. It has very good in placement. To get admission one has to clear JEE MAIN exam conducted by CBSE for graduation in engineering. One with rank up to INR.30000 can get admitted here.

Fees & Scholarships : Fees are as same as of other nits. Your tuition fees may get remitted if you belong to economically backward class. You may get the loan here easily in sbi bank in the college.

Academics & Faculty : the Classes generally begin from 8 am to 12 pm, and from 1 pm to 5 pm. But there may be no class at the certain time in a day. You will have 5 to 6 hours of classes daily. There are test1, test2 and end semester exam in one semester. Teaching quality is good here. It is the good college.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Hostel is compulsary for every one. There is enough hostel to accomodate everyone. You have to take food in mess in campus. Quality of food in mess is very good. Mess charge is about 16.5k per semester till this year.

Placements & Internships : I m from 2nd yr so there are no chances of an internship. Tata Steel, Tata Motors, and many more Average salary is INR 5 lakh per annum and highest package from my college is INR 9 lakh.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : You must be qualified in JEE MAIN. Now in JEE MAIN not consider board marks so in opinion your marks will be more than 160 or JEE MAIN rank will be below 30k for gen and below 35k for OBC candidate

Fees & Scholarships : INR 2 lacs per annum for all facility (Hostel charge+mess charge+Academics). If you from Bihar you have National scholarship portal and other states also same. More than half. Yes, you can easily get from SBI which is available in our college

Academics & Faculty : Class timing: 8 am to 5 pm (in general). Exam conducted in a proper way and weekly submitted the assignments. Quality of teaching is very bad. I am not saying that they are not Qualified, they are but they don't have teaching style. Overall it is okay.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : More than 10 hostels and hostel fees: INR 21000 per semester No options I tell you about my own mess. I don't like my mess food because it's not tasty Cost: INR 16500 per semester All things are not good

Clubs & Associations : All are good. Sports, Technical, Cultural It's boring type. No one is good and maximum person are selfish type.

Placements & Internships : Placement is just awesome and won't be regret and remain unplaced for sure if you live here a bit disciplined.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : NIT JAMSHEDPUR established in 1960s, provides you all the important facilities you want to have, let it be single room to well resourced library, Internet facility to well qualified and genius professors. Widely spanned and covered with scenic natural beauty, the dusk and dawn will leave you completely amazed. Seniors here are very supportive, encouraging and helpful. Cutoff of Comp.sci. starts from nearly 5k rank. 75% atendance has been newly imposed and let you not bunk anytime unnecessarily. Lastly the most important thing about any institute is its Placement statistics. And let me assure going through the data of placement at Nit Jamshedpur will surely be amazing.You can have the data at Nit Jamshedpur official website.

Fees & Scholarships : The fee is a bit at higher side. But that worth it. And you get fee remission based on family income criteria. You can get loan very easily from any recognised bank. Student studying here get scholarship also based on their application to different scholarships available out there

Academics & Faculty : Academics is excellent. Presently our new teaching site is under construction and will completed by the end of this year only.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : You have to take hostel. Hostel for the first year and second year provide you with a single room with the best guaranteed residential infrastructure among all out there.

Clubs & Associations : We have a lot of different teams which include 5 technical teams, socities, clubs. Getting into one of them will help to get a corporate-ready personality. Our teams perform internationally and nationally and have a very decent rank out there.

Placements & Internships : I completed my internship at MAQ Software. The top companies for campus placements will be Amazon, Microsoft, BPCL, UHG, BUYHATKE etc. The highest salary offered was around INR 5.7 LPA. The Alumni network is so good.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : You can get a seat in NIT JAMSHEDPUR on the basis of JEE MAIN rankings or a limited amount of seats are available for DASA ( Direct Admission to Students Abroad ). I took JEE MAIN and when I attended admissions, for Computer science and engineering, the cutoff was up to a rank of 13000.

Fees & Scholarships : The course fee is available on the website of NIT JAMSHEDPUR. There are so many scholarships available here for every branch. Most number of students get a scholarship here. State Bank of India in the college helps with student loans.

Academics & Faculty : The class timings will be generally from 8 to 5 with leisures. Monday to Friday. The teaching is good and it is appreciated by all the students. The college gives a good feel of a university.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are 11 hostels which are of great infrastructure and comfort. The food in the hostels is good. The quality of classrooms is a bit lower than the hostels but it is good.

Clubs & Associations : There are so many student clubs and societies. Some are literary and debating society, cultural and dramatics society, faces, Daksh, NSS etc.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibity criteria for admission in NIT Jamshedpur is One must complete their +2 education with minimum of 75% marks. We have to write JEE-MAIN exam as entrance test. The cut-off for the course changes with category you belong. For OC: >150 OBC:>130 SC:>90 ST:>80

Fees & Scholarships : Fee for a course is INR 1.8 lacs per year Scholarships are provided the major scholarships are NSP etc., maximum no.of student gets scholarships of total strength. Loans can be taken through any banks which gives loans like sbi. In college itself has it's bank which provide loans.

Academics & Faculty : Daily routine of college is it starts from 8am and ends around 4to5 pm. But theirs will be some time gap between the college time. Hardly college for 5 hrs a day. Very good for learning. teaching staff is good. They provide good surrounding for learning. This is the college with very good quality of learning . Every student are unique in their work.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Hostels are the major part of this college. World class hostels are provided here with single room for each. Hostel fees are paid for every semester. Food is pretty good. mess fee paid along with college fee. Class rooms are some what old, but they are constricting new accadamic blocks which are centralised with a.c. Wi-Fi are provided . There is a lan ports in every hostel room.

Clubs & Associations : There are clubs like innovation hubs. The festivals in campus are: Culfest , OJASS ,URJA TECHNICA

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : After renovation of hostels our hostels have have become pretty much good. Same as other NITs and IITs food is good but not great as home. Meal price generally lower than a good restaurant. You have to pay for it with fees only. We are having a quality of infrastructure having all general and digital facilities that a Technology college should have.

Clubs & Associations : We are having a numbers of clubs in all field from adventure to computer. One of the major fest is ojass for us in electrical branch. You would love to be here.

Placements & Internships : Average package is INR 5 lakh per annum. L&T, TCS come for the placement here. Alumni network is good.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Students should have passed intermediate in science and also has to qualify JEE MAIN.

Fees & Scholarships : My course fee is INR 8 lakh which is for four years. The scholarship is available for the students. Every year 30 students get the scholarship.

Academics & Faculty : Daily class timing is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Method of teaching is bit old. The overall experience is pretty much better.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Quality of classroom labs and others are not satisfactory.

Clubs & Associations : There is a club like a phoenix - an aerodynamic club. The main fest is URJA which sports fest. OJASS robotic fets.

Placements & Internships : I have not done any internships. The placement in most of the branches is nearly 85-90 percent with the average package over INR 8 lakhs per annum.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria are to qualify and clear JEE MAIN. The cutoff is 13000 rank.
