Academic Facilities

• As NIIT University places great emphasis on research and learning, it provides its students with all the necessary equipment and materials in order to succeed in their respective fields of study.
• Its culture of research and collaboration is facilitated by the pioneering use of cutting-edge technology.

Laboratories

• The students at the University have access to well-equipped teaching labs to work on their projects and research.
• All the labs at NIIT University are equipped with the latest software and hardware.
• The various Science labs present on campus are Electronics Lab, Computer Lab, Biotechnology Lab, Chemistry Lab and Physics Lab.
• There is also an Educational Lab where students use educational technology as the delivery system to process information in a new way and learn through research and discovery.

Library

• NIIT University’s library and Information Resource Centre (NU LIRC) plays a vital role in teaching, learning, research and consultancy by offering access to an ocean of resources.
• The library (LIRC) uses Koha software for library management and to provide the students with online access to browse the catalog for the books available there.
• It offers a good collection of reference books, dictionaries and handbooks as well as national and international journals / e-journals in all the disciplines and programs that NU offers.
• LIRC provides access to Turnitin Similarity and Ourginal software to improve the quality of research papers.

IT Facilities

• The technological infrastructure at NU is the key to its core principle of technology-based education as its wide array of digital tools, technologies and practices have changed the way students consume knowledge in classrooms.
• The IT infrastructure at this University includes Wi-Fi coverage across the entire campus, including hostel rooms, Five Windows-based laboratories, 300+ computers, Engineering Drawing lab with AutoCad licenses, etc.
• Apart from all of the above facilities, a fully functional audio/video studio on campus is also present where the faculty can record lectures.

Hostel Facilities

• NU provides separate hostel facilities for boys and girls with fully furnished rooms.
• RO Water, hot drinking water and water coolers are available in each wing of every floor in all the hostels.
• Each floor of the hostels has a common room with television.
• Vending machines that serve coffee, tea and soup, and microwave ovens are also available in each hostel.
• Security for all students residing at the hostel is given utmost importance by NIIT University and the state-of-the-art security technology ensures student safety.

Sports and Gym

• The sports fields at the University provide students with ample opportunities to engage in a game of football, basketball, cricket, kabaddi, tennis and volleyball.
• NIIT University even has a resident sports instructor to guide students in their recreational activities.
• NU encourages students to participate in inter-college / university and other regional competitions.
• Students also organize Premier Leagues in selected sports.
• Provisions for indoor games such as chess, table tennis, pool, carrom, etc. are present on campus.
• Adventure sports enthusiasts can join NU Sahas where the students can indulge in various adventure sports which include valley crossing, zip-lining, trekking and overnight camping.
• NU Sahas also organizes annual Adventure Camps at off-campus locations.
• Well-equipped gymnasiums provide students with the opportunity to be at the peak of their physical fitness.

Dining Facilities

• The University provides three spacious and airy dining halls where they serve breakfast, lunch, high tea, and dinner.
• The students as well as the faculty dine together in one common space.
• A Mess Committee comprising students and a few faculty members decide the multi-cuisine menus.
• The campus also includes a cafeteria, a Nestle Counter and a tuck shop.

Medical Facilities

• NU campus houses a well-equipped Health Centre that can take care of common health problems and provide immediate care in case of medical emergencies. 
• A cab is present on campus at all times in case of any unforeseen emergency.
• The NU health center is manned by a team of doctors and medical assistants 24 hours a day.

Counselling Facilities

• There is a counselling service and Student Support Center dedicated solely to the mental well-being of the students at NIIT University which is called Mitradwar.
• A professional counsellor is available in Mitradwar Monday through Friday for fixed hours and guides students to find solutions to their issues. 
• The services of a professional counsellor are also provided to students with specific counselling requirements.

Campus Security

• NIIT University's well laid out facilities, policies and codes of conduct provide a safe home to students.
• Every hostel also has a single-entry point manned by guards.
• The girls' hostel has dedicated lady guards and a resident lady warden. 
• The campus is fully secure with a single point of entry and exit which is monitored through strategically placed CCTVs and guards.
• NU follows the policy of No Tolerance on ragging or bullying in any form.

Other Facilities

• Other services include ICICI bank ATM on campus, Courier service at the main reception area of the campus, Fixed vendors that offer transport service for travel outside campus, etc.
