Placements & Internships : I did an internship at Ericsson India last summer and it had a very good stipend. It was an off-campus selection, however. The Key Companies that come at NU for placements are Amazon, Directi, Pwc, IBM, TCS etc. out of which Amazon offers an exceptionally high package which is nearly in the range of INR 14 to INR 15 lakh per annum. About 95% of the batch gets placed every year and the packages range from about INR 3 lakh to INR 24 lakh per annum. The Alumni association with NU is amazing. Also, alumni who have their own successful startups help the university after they've graduated.  

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria and procedure for admission to B.Tech in CSE are fairly simple. A minimum percentage of Class 12th Boards, a good score in JEE MAIN and a very exceptional performance in a PCI (Personal Counselling Interview) conducted by NIIT University.

Fees & Scholarships : The course fee without scholarship is about INR 4 lakh a year, including hostel, mess and laundry fees. However, most of the students who study here are on a scholarship.

Academics & Faculty : The daily routine is pretty hectic. Classes usually end at 5:30 pm for a day. Exams take place every two months and are evaluated online instantly. The grading criteria are relative in most of the courses. The quality and method of teaching is good and makes the overall experience great.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are about 5 hostels - UG1, UG2, UG3, PG1, and PG2. They are good in quality and infrastructure. There are no options for a PG and it is a mandate residential campus. The mess food is very very healthy with fruits, milk, fast food, coffee, curd and every healthy item served every day. There is a 100% wifi coverage in the campus and it provides unlimited bandwidth at a very high speed, which is due to the fiber optic infrastructure. The classrooms, labs, dining halls and other buildings are very well maintained.  

Clubs & Associations : There are clubs for everything. There are two annual festivals. ingeNUity - the culture fest and siNUsoid - the techno-fest.
