Dr Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology and Management, formerly known as Northern India Engineering College (NIEC), New Delhi was established by BBDES, LUCKNOW in the year 2003. ADGITM has an aesthetically designed campus spread over approximately 9 acres of the lush green environment at Shastri Park. The Campus comprises five interconnected blocks covering a built-up area of approx. 3.0 Lac sq, ft. ADGITM offers the following Under Graduate and Post Graduate level full-time Professional programs approved by AICTE in affiliation with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Delhi.

Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology, New Delhi, Training & Placement Officials, and the Volunteers provide whole-hearted assistance to the recruiters for Pre-placement Discussions, Conducting Tests & Interviews, and Hospitality of the Campus hiring Team. the placement cell is constantly working to provide a strong conceptual foundation to its students. Students work in live projects which makes them get engaged in entrepreneurial activities. Training and Placement are provided Division actively enhances verbal and non-verbal skills while training the students in business etiquette, e-mailing, telephonic conversation, grooming, and table manners. ADGITM Students are trained to handle work-related pressures and social networking. They are being prepared on technical ability and aptitude. The Division conducts Group Discussion, Personal Interviews, Technical and Aptitude test on a continuous basis to keep the students up to date.The students have been placed in several prestigious companies like Infosys, TCS , L & T Infotech, HCL, Accenture, IBM, Daffodil, Anand Automative , Oracle, Capital IQ, IP Global Software, India Bulls, ICICI Prudential, Kotak Bank, Naukri.com, India Mart , APL Apollo and SUS.
