The college campus is located in the South-Western part of Mandya City, along the Bangalore-Mysore Highway, on an elevated and sprawling plot of 62 acres of land. Mandya City is the district head Quarters and is 100 km from Bangalore and 45 km from Mysore. Mandya is well connected by a Highway and a broad gauge railway line. Mandya District is predominantly an agricultural area. The lush green fields of Sugar Cane and Paddy are a pleasing sight to all those who pass by. Mandya is also bounded by scenic splendours like Gaganachukki, Barachukki waterfalls at Shivanasamudram, Brindavan Gardens at KRS and a Historical place of interest in Srirangapatna. It is affiliated with VTU & recognized by the AICTE.

CANTEEN:

P.E.S. college of engineering was has been established in 1962. The college is providing quality education to the students since its inception. The college has got all the student amenities like hostels, canteen, transportation and sports facilities. The college canteen is running in a separate building within the college campus and it is catering to the food requirement of the students, the canteen is fully furnished and it can accommodate 250 students at a time, There is separate wing for boys & girls. The kitchen is well equipped with latest cooking system like gas, purified water and having well experienced cooks. The food items served in the canteen is very hygienic & at reasonable rates it is running under self service scheme in addition to south Indians food and north Indian foods. The tenderer also selling baked food product so as to meet the requirement. As the preventive method no soft-drinks like coco-cola, pepsi are not allowed in the college canteen. Smoking is also strictly prohibited in canteen but also in the entire college campus so it is called as smoke free campus.

DISPENSARY:

A dispensary and canteen meet the needs of the campus population. A branch of the State Bank of India situated close by serves the banking facilities required by the students and staff. Two mini buses serve the purpose of a mobile laboratory for Environmental Engineering students.

TRANSPORTATION
college has its dedicated transport for the day scholars, covering entire city. Route plans are chalked out keeping in mind the convenience of the students. The institute has deployed twelve medium sized buses so as to save time for students in commuting to and from the institute.

PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT & COMMUNICATION SKILLS

The Institute makes all out efforts to bring-out the hidden talents of the students and nourish in them leadership qualities, excellent communication skills and a developed personality, so that they grow up as professionals of global standards to flourish in professional career.

YOGA & MEDITATION

Holding of regular yoga sessions and meditation practices are also a feature to encourage students for developing their individual talent and health. This is also aimed at building their positive attitude and providing them relief from feelings of burden and disappointment, if any.

MULTI-GYM
The gym has latest equipments aided by trainers and physiotherapists for guided exercise for students and staff.

ANTI WOMEN HARASSMENT CELL

As made mandatory by law an anti women harassment cell is functioning in University with a senior professor as Chairperson and other senior faculty members as members. The Cell is empowered to look into all forms of harassment against women and recommend appropriate sanctions.
