All the candidates should have passed [10+2] exam conducted by the central board or any of its state board equivalents with a minimum of 45% of marks along with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Biotechnology as mandatory subjects from any recognized university/institution.
All the SC/ST candidates will have 5% of marks relaxation on the minimum aggregate.
Streams under B.Tech:
The candidates seeking admission into the institution for the above post graduation courses should be a graduate with a bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering discipline in the concerned fields in which they would pursue the PG course obtained through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in overall from any recognized university/institution.
Streams under M.tech:
The very basic requirement for any candidate seeking admission into the institution is that he/she should have qualified the eligibility criteria set by the institution.
Further, the candidate should have to appear for either of the KCET/COMED-K entrance examination which are the state board conducted examinations.
The candidates can also attain an admission into the institution by the institute quota(management quota) if any seats remain unallocated.
After going through the counseling process of either of the KCET/COMED-K entrance examination, the candidates are expected to lock in or report back to the institution respectively.
