Priyadarshini Institute of Architecture and Design (PIADS) is situated in Nagpur. It was established in the year 1994 as the department of Architecture at Priyadarshani College of Engineering and Architecture. In 2006 it was developed as an individual institution named Priyadarshini Institute of Architecture and Design. PIADS has contributed extensively to this rapidly progressing city, with the commitment towards quality education and it has welcomed students from all over the country into its fold, adding to the cultural diversity and warmth of the city.

The mission of the University is to excel in every field of Architectural Education and to be one of the premier and sought-after Institute, to provide students with strong education, professional and societal leadership qualities to face and meet the global environment by creating a conducive academic environment along with high-end infrastructures and allied facilities.

The PIADS eligibility criteria for various courses are mentioned below:

B.Arch	The candidate must have qualified 10+2 with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, & Mathematics with at least 50% marks OR govt. recognized technical diploma after (10+3) in any branch with 50% marks in aggregate with Mathematics as the subject of examination. All the students should have cleared the NATA test or JEE paper II. The minimum marks are 45% for the reserved category candidates from the state of Maharashtra subject to qualifying approved aptitude test (NATA).
M.Arch/M.Des	The candidate must have a B.Arch degree from a recognized institute/university with a minimum of 55% aggregate. All candidates are required to qualify and sit for the CEED or GATE exam.

PIADS Admission Procedure:

The admission of candidates in the UG Programme is done on the basis of NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) test results. The PG programs at Priyadarshini Institute of Architecture & Design Studio, [PIADS] Nagpur are based on the GATE/CEED entrance exams.
