B.Ed

• Candidates should have completed graduation/ post graduation in any subject with 50% aggregate 
• They should be working as a school teacher in government or government recognized school

BBA

• Applicants should have completed 10+2 from Punjab School Education Board or equivalent

BA

• Candidates should have completed higher secondary education from a recognized university
• Applicants should have passed pre-engineering/ pre-medical or a bachelor of arts or
• Students should have passed bachelor of arts/ bachelor of commerce from a recognized university or
• Candidates should have completed three- year diploma in engineering

B.Lib.I.Sc

• Applicants should have completed a bachelor degree from any statutory University with at least 35% aggregate

Post Graduate Diploma

• Candidate should have completed a bachelor degree from any statutory University

PGDIT

• Applicants should have completed bachelors degree with 40% aggregate from any statutory university

Diploma in Library Science

• Candidates should have completed matriculation/ higher secondary examination from any recognized board

Diploma in Gurmat Sangeet

• Students should have completed 10+2 with Gurmat Sangeet as a subject from any recognized board or
• They should have completed matriculation with Gurmat Sangeet Praveshika from any recognized Board along with a two-years experience of kirtan

Diploma in Divinity

• Candidates should have passed Gyani [Honours in Punjabi] or
• They should have passed matriculation/ higher secondary education from any recognized board

Certificate Course in Punjabi Praveshika/ Sri Guru Granth Sahib

• Applicants should have the capability to read and write Punjabi, English, and Hindi

Certificate course in Gyani

• Applicants should have completed matriculation/ higher secondary education with Punjabi as the first or second language  or equivalent or
• They should have completed intermediate/ BA/ B.Sc with Punjabi as an elective or compulsory subject

Certificate Course 

• Candidates should have passed matriculation or higher secondary education or equivalent from any statutory university/ board

Certificate Course in Spoken English

• Students should have completed 10+2 with English as a compulsory subject 

Certificate Course in Questioned Documents and Fingerprint Analysis

• Applicants should have completed their graduation in any stream with a minimum of 40% aggregate
• Preference will be given for students who are from a science background

BCA

• Candidates should have passed 10+2 from Punjab School Education Board or equivalent or
• Applicants should have completed the 2-year certificate course from SLIET or
• They should have completed a three-year diploma from a recognized board

B.Com

• Candidates should have completed 10+2 from Punjab School Education Board or equivalent or
• Applicants should have completed 10+2 in commerce with 40% aggregate or
• Students should have passed 10+2 in accounts and humanities with at-least two papers out of commerce/ mathematics/ economics/ management or
• They should have completed 10+2 with 50% aggregate

M.Sc

• Students should have passed in bachelor degree examination from any statutory University

M.Sc [Lateral Entry]

• Applicants should have passed PGDCA from any statutory university

M.Com

• Candidates should have completed B.Com/ BBA

MA

• The students should have completed an undergraduate degree from a recognized university or
• Applicants should have completed MA in any other specialization or
• Candidates should have passed three-years course of modern office practice or
• They should have completed BA with Punjabi as a compulsory subject

MA [Journalism and Mass Communication]

• Candidates should have completed a bachelor's degree from any recognized university

MA [Education]

• Applicants should have completed BA/ B.Sc/ B.Com/ B.Ed or equivalent with 45% aggregate [40% in case of SC/ ST]

M.Lib.I.Sc

• Candidates should have completed Bachelor of Library and Information Science with at least 50% aggregate from any university.
• If the applicants reappear for the exam and the result is found after the revaluation the candidate will not be eligible.
