RJTCC B.Com. Admission 2024

The admission process for B.Com. at R J Tibrewal Commerce College is conducted on the basis of marks scored in Higher Secondary Examination (HSC) or its equivalent. Candidates who score more than the minimum required cut off are taken into consideration for B.Com. admission. 

RJTCC B.Com. Eligibility Criteria 2024

R J Tibrewal Commerce College B.Com. eligibility criteria 2024 is related with the eligibility requirement of the Gujarat University for B.Com. Applicants must satisfy the following criteria for B.Com. admission.

• Applicants must have passed the qualifying examination with subjects English and Accountancy from the Gujarat Board, the Central Board of Secondary Education, the Council of Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi, the International Baccalaureate, National Institute of Open Schooling or from any State other than Gujarat.
• Candidates who pass the qualifying exam from other than Gujarat Board and other than CBSE schools of Gujarat State shall be required to obtain Provisional Eligibility Certificate (PEC) from Gujarat University and submit it to the college.
• Applicants who have not opted Accountancy as a subject in12th standard and have applied for admission in B. Com. Course, have to clear Bridge Course of Accountancy conducted in the School of Commerce, Gujarat University, before completion of  Semester 1.

RJTCC B.Com. Selection Process 2024

RJTCC selection process is based on merit. The selection process also takes into consideration the availability of seats, the total number of applicants and the reservation category.

• For students who have passed the qualifying exam, the percentage of marks up to four decimal points obtained in the external theory shall be the merit marks.
• For candidates who have equal merit marks, the criteria for deciding merit would be based on the following sequence- Aggregate marks obtained in qualifying examination; English subject marks in qualifying examination; Aggregate marks of SSC Examination or equivalent examination; Date of Birth (Age).  

For students whose mark sheet includes CGPA/ Grade only and does not produce marks/percentage have to produce an equivalent certificate issued by the university showing the conversion of Grade/ CGPA into marks or percentage otherwise their registration form will not be accepted.

The admission process for M.Com. at R J Tibrewal Commerce College is conducted on the basis of marks scored in graduation or its equivalent. Candidates who score more than the minimum required cut off as per the eligibility criteria are taken into consideration for M.Com. admission.

• For candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from any University, percentage of theory external marks obtained in semester 5 and 6, or final year theory external, in case of yearly pattern, shall be the merit marks which will be considered for admission.
• For candidates who have equal merit marks, the criteria for deciding merit would be based on the following in descending order- Aggregate marks obtained in semester 5 and 6 or final year in case of yearly pattern; External Marks obtained in semester 6 or final year in case of yearly pattern; External Marks obtained in semester V; Date of Birth (Age).
