Rosary College of Commerce and Arts was established in June 1990 by the Archdiocese of Goa and Daman and is affiliated to Goa University, North Goa. The Diocesan Society of Education operates the college. The college has more than 25 years of experience in teaching. Rosary College has been continuously struggling against all odds to hit the top, and this is what positions it in its league and makes it a real harbinger of positive change in society.

The vision of the college is to create an educational community marked by justice, co-operation, and integrity. The college works to empower women and men, especially the underprivileged, through holistic education as responsible citizens. Rosary College of Commerce and Arts BA Program

It is a 3-year program that is designed for students with good creativity and wanting to explore the different forms of arts. This course helps in enriching one's outlook towards society and building it by the oldest forms of arts. Rosary College of Commerce and Arts BBA Program

BBA is a three-year undergraduate course designed to have a clear awareness of the concepts of business. The BBA course is intended to provide a fundamental understanding of management education and to effectively train students in communication skills that instil entrepreneurship and decision-making skills.
