School of Management Sciences Varanasi admission is based on CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT scores, followed by group discussion and personal interview. Previous academic performance is considered during admission as well.

SMS Varanasi Eligibility Criteria

SMS Varanasi MBA Eligibility

• Eligibility for the MBA Course is a graduate degree in any discipline, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (or 45% in case of SC /ST category) from a recognized Indian university or equivalent.
• Candidates appearing in the final examination at the graduate level may also apply.

SMS MCA Eligibility

• Candidate must have passed BCA/ bachelor degree in computer science/ engineering or equivalent degree OR passed B.Sc./ B.Com/ BA with mathematics at 10+2 or graduation level.
• Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying examination.
• Individuals appearing for their final year degree examination can also apply.

SMS M.Com Eligibility

• The minimum qualification for admission is B.Com/ B.Com {Hons.} degree from a recognized Indian university or equivalent.
• Those appearing in the final year of the degree examination can also apply for admission.

SMS Varanasi Infrastructure Facilities

SMS has spacious classrooms with all modern teaching aids, including connectivity through LAN. The college conference hall is fully air-conditioned and has a seating capacity of 100. It is used during workshops and events. The seminar hall has a seating capacity of 500, which is used for large-scale national and international seminars and symposiums. The multi-media centre of the institute is equipped with all the modern equipment, and very soon it can be used for video conferences as well. There are separate cafeterias for staff and students providing quality food and snacks.
