Seshadripuram Academy of Business Studies Placement Highlights

Students were placed in more than 65 companies in the SABS Bangalore placement 2020-21. The Seshadripuram Academy of Business Studies average package stood at INR 3 LPA, and the highest package was INR 6 LPA. Students were also placed in different organizations for their summer internships, with a stipend of INR 5000 to INR 15000 per month. The Placement Cell was robust with its activities all around the year. The 2021 batch of students has been placed in top-notch companies like Infosys, Tesco, Fidelity, IBM, ICICI Prudential, Black and White solutions, Wipro, ING Vysya, SBI Life Insurance, and Northern Trust. The students attended pool campus recruitment held at SABS and other institutions. SABS Bangalore Placement Cell collaborates with the other college departments to bridge the gap between the academic and corporate world and fulfill the human resource requirements of the business organizations. In association with Edu-learning Pvt Ltd., the SABS Placement Cell organizes workshops, training programs, resume sessions, Group Discussions, Aptitude tests, and job fairs. Students are trained to attend interviews confidently by building their interpersonal skills. The institution conducts Job Fairs every year, in which reputed companies participate. The final year students are recruited through campus placements conducted by various companies every year.

The SABS Entrepreneurship Cell is meant to develop entrepreneurial abilities among the students. It refers to teaching creative thinking and nurturing entrepreneurial development among students to establish and successfully run their own enterprise. The Cell also conducts “VINYAS” - an annual Entrepreneurs’ Fest in which students can market and sell their products or services.

Placement Process

The recruiting companies are invited to the college for pre-placement activities, such as orientation sessions or pre-placement talks. Interested candidates are selected based on the recruiter’s criteria to short-list the candidates. The students who perform excellently in the interview receive the offer letters.
