The institute was established in the year 2009. Shri Balaji Institute of Technology and Management comes under the Gaurav Shikhar Shiksha Evam Samaj Kalyan Seva Samiti. The aim of the institution is to provide top-class education in the field of engineering and management. SBITM has s strong vision of nurturing minds and creating autocrats so that they can become future leaders and become role models in the society. 

The institute is located in Betul which is near to the national highway and Nagpur. Shri Balaji Institute of Technology and Management provides an excellent atmosphere for teaching and learning. The institute consists of academic blocks and classrooms with the latest audio-video equipment. SBITM believes that by providing transparent and value-based education to the students they will further be role models to society. 

The institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education [AICTE], Directorate of Technical Education [DTE] and affiliated by Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya [RGPV]. The programs are designed in such a way that students find it easy to understand the concept taught in every field. At present, the institute only offers Diploma, Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses.

Shri Balaji Institute of Technology and Management Courses:

SBITM B.E:

The duration of the program is four years. In this course, the candidate will be exposed to all the aspects of the field. The specialization offered in the course are civil, mechanical, information and technology, computer science and engineering, electrical and electronics, electrical and communication engineering.

The library at SBITM is more like an integrated Knowledge Resource Centre. It consists of more than 15,000 volumes of reference books and textbooks. Students, as well as faculty members, can get access to the library. Our specialized staff is always there to help the students with quick references. The Library subscribes to 30 national & international Journals / Magazines specific to the academic and research needs of the SBITM community.

Being air-conditioned and Wi-Fi enabled, the library at SBITM serves a perfect platform for discussion centers, from where students can grasp knowledge. The institute also has a digital library as well.

The institute has state of the art computer lab facilities. It has more than 390 computers connected to Network LAN. The computer lab has a highly qualified IT team it caters to the academic needs of the budding professionals aspiring for careers in the industry. The trained technical staff is available to help out the students to apply the theoretical concepts learned in the classrooms. In addition, the latest version of a personal computer/ Laptop has been made available for each student.
