SPJIMR Placements 2023: Highest & Average Salary Package, Top Companies

SPJIMR placements 2023 placed the PGDM students of the 2021- 23 batch in leading sectors like Consulting, BFSI, FMCG, Pharma and Tech. During 2023 placements, the SPJIMR highest package offered was INR 77.88 LPA. Around 92% of the PGDM 2023 batch was placed with an annual package greater than INR 25.00 LPA. Similarly, around 70% of the batch was placed with an annual package greater than INR 30.00 LPA.

Around 63 companies from multiple sectors have participated in S P Jain Institute of Management and Research placements 2023. Companies like Accenture Strategy, Bain and Co., Boston Consulting Group, Ernst and Young, Coca-Cola Beverages, Hindustan Unilever Limited, American Express, Pinpoint Asset Management, Samsung Research India, etc., are some of the SPJIMR top recruiters.

The SPJIMR placement cell has concluded the internship drive for the PGDM batch of 2021- 23 batch. A total of 41 companies have participated and offered 237 offers in 2022. The highest stipend offered for PGDM students in 2022 was INR 3.0 Lakhs for two months. The highest stipend of 2022 has increased by 7% compared to 2021.

SPJIMR Placement Highlights 2023

SPJIMR has concluded the 2023 placement drive for PGDM students. The highest domestic package offered for PGDM students in 2023 was INR 67.50 LPA. The SPJIMR average package offered for the PGDM 2023 batch was INR 33.02 LPA, and the median package was INR 32.89 LPA. The highest package in 2023 observed a growth of 46%, while the average package had a growth of 3% compared to the previous year.
