SNGCE has enjoyed an excellent placement record over the years. The Placement Cell, with its exuberant team, plays the pivotal role in molding the students to become industry ready and in providing them the wonderful opportunity to get recruited in organizations of international fame. The Placement Cell embarks on its responsibility of training with the orientation program provided to freshers, aiming at bridging the gap between higher secondary and professional level education. The communicational competency and performance of students is improved through well-equipped language labs and interactive classroom sessions. The employability enhancement is further done through intensive aptitude training throughout the semesters, outsourced soft skills training programmes, internal mock recruitment drives and industrial visits. To keep at par with the changing industrial trends, eminent personalities and resource persons of national and international repute are invited to the college to interact with students. Moreover, the student wing of the Placement Cell named "Chrysalis", consisting of students from each department, also provides them the opportunity to coordinate recruitment drives and the activities of the Cell. A career guidance cell is also functioning under the Placement Cell for guiding the students on ad-on courses and better career prospects.
