Placements & Internships : The college assists you with finding a good lawyer you can intern under during your final year. You can expect placements at the end of your final semester. Pramata, Clutch, and many other top firms choose SDM students as interns.  The salaries depend upon the agreed stipend. If you choose corporate law for LPO companies, you can expect a minimum of Rs. 25000/-. For legal firms, it varies depending upon the firm you join. By the time you finish your 5th year of law, you will know lawyers in every corner of the country (This is not an exaggeration), who will be ready to help you with placement. 

Fees & Scholarships : Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Law College, Mangalore Fee Structure. The average fee per sem is Rs. 8000/-. There are various scholarships you can aim for in the LLM program. The staff will help you find your niche and excel towards the scholarship.   

Academics & Faculty : Classes are from 9 am to 12 pm. Teachers use case laws and explain them in detail. It is very interesting to know how cases of huge magnitudes were won and set a precedent for future cases.  The staff is always going to keep your interests first. You can always approach them for better explanations about statutes or articles you cannot understand. The facilities provided by the college are standard - a large auditorium, library, Moot Court, and a principal who will hear any issue you have, at any time. 

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are no hostels or a PG facility connected to the college. However, the entire surrounding area is filled with them.  The food in the college is extremely cheap (Not even economical, it's CHEAP), and yet delicious. A full meal costs you Rs. 25/- (It's 2020) Classrooms are equipped with cameras and spacious. - The library is a Labyrinth of knowledge. You can find old question papers, law books dating way back, and up to date statutes for your reference. Additionally, it even gets professional lawyers to visit because of the vast range of books.  - The campus is not massive. But that's what makes it special. SDM will treat you like family, and you will enjoy every single day of those 5 wonderful years in college.   

Clubs & Associations : - You will have complete freedom to take part in extra-curricular activities such as fests, and sports. If you are good in a sport and the college does not have a team, they will make sure you take part. The motivation and encouragement the college gives you is incredible.  - Legal Fests are the pride of SDM. There isn't a senior, teacher, or staff member that will say no to any kind of assistance you need to become a better lawyer.  No matter how hard I try. I won't find any con regarding this college. Whether it is celebrating festivals or the freedom to use the facilities, this college is the best experience budding lawyers can get.
