St Paul's Cathedral Mission College, Kolkata was established in 1865. This is one of the oldest colleges in the city and is located in the academic hub of the city. The college has a Christian Foundation and is a Religious Minority Educational Institution. It has been ranked as one of the five best colleges of Kolkata by a leading weekly India Today. In 2018, the college has also been declared as the Best College of the Year, 2017 by Mother Teresa International Award Committee.

St Paul's Cathedral Mission College admission is based on the eligibility criteria. The students should follow the criteria before applying for admission. Students, who are eligible for the courses will be selected for admission in the college. The eligibility criteria of the courses are:

Only the regular candidates can apply for this college. Applicants can apply online and the application fee is Rs. 250 per submission. The application fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. The application should be submitted before the last date. Applicants of Christian Category should submit the Baptism certificate along with a Letter of Recommendation.

Selected candidates will be listed on the merit list and those candidates are required to visit the college with the valid relevant documents at the time of admission.
