Classroom Facilities
A classroom with about 20 desktop computers, a projection facility along with a Multimedia Laboratory is the other attraction at SMCE. Access to high-speed Laser printing including colour printing is also available. Most of the classrooms are equipped with an instructional technology podium, which includes a desktop, VCR and projection system.
Laboratory Facilities
SMCE's computing infrastructure offers a truly heterogeneous range of hardware and software platforms for the student to appreciate and gain wide-ranging experience.
Extra - Curricular Facilities
The library of this teacher training college has a well stocked collection of documents (books, back volumes, government publications, technical reports, conference proceedings,maps, etc.). The library subscribes 50 print journals and 730 e-journals. The library also has 150 newsletters, 2200 annual reports from public and private organisations. The audio-visual sections consist of 360 video-cassettes, 181 audio-cassettes and 205 16mm films.
Hostel Facilities
All the students at Stella Matutina College of Education are provided with accommodation on campus in well-appointed rooms in the college hostel.
