Placement Cell :-

The Placement Cell, guided by a set of rules and principles strives to maintain warm relation with firms. Preparing the recruitment schedule for the year, inviting firms for pre-placement talks on campus followed by final placements, and overseeing the process to its end are responsibilities that the Placement Cell endeavors to carry out successfully.

The Placement Cell at Symbiosis School of Economics works in close coordination with its faculty advisor and provides a platform for students seeking recruitment to interact with possible recruiters on the campus.

Final Placements at SSE is considered to be an important dimension of educational attainment and therefore is accorded high priority. The Director and a team of highly-qualified senior faculty oversee the implementation of the placement related work agenda.

Over the last three years, in particular, SSE has consciously developed, nurtured and forged long-lasting collaborations and relationships with a number of research institutes, corporate firms and NGOs and development agencies. Placements & Internships : The college assists with internships rarely. The placement cell shares a few of them, but they don't offer stipends 90% of the time. The placements aren't very huge as well. Only a few companies and banks hire from our college. Regular workshops are conducted by Alumni working in top companies.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : A minimum of 75% marks in Class 12 is required. An entrance exam, SET, has to be given. Cutoffs are different every year, but they aren't very hard to crack.

Fees & Scholarships : It costs around 2.75lacs per year. Scholarships are available but aren't very much promoted. Only 2-3 students get the scholarship. No, I don't think loans are required. But it depends on student to student.

Academics & Faculty : The academics are surely very good. Regular assignments and practical projects make things easier to learn. The faculty is easy to connect with and are always ready to assist.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : 1. There is one boy and one girl's hostel. I am not sure about the cost. 2. A lot of pg options are available outside college! 3. The food is reasonable and good enough as per the reviews I've heard. 4. There is no grand infrastructure, but it's hygienic, clean, and well maintained.

Clubs & Associations : There are clubs for almost every activity in this college. Dance, music, art, debate, quiz, MUN, writing, etc. The university only celebrates Maharashtrian cultural festivals despite being a private university.
