The Hotel School is also located at prime location of Durga city centre, which is the centre of the Haldwani city located in Uttarakhand. Both the campuses of The Hotel School offer spacious classrooms and various Hospitality Programs labs like Food Production Lab, Food Production and Bakery Demonstration Lab, Food and Beverage Service Lab, Bakery and Confectionery, Mock Guest Room, Mock Bar, Front Office Lab, Conference Room, Library, Computer Lab, etc.

Food Production Lab

• Our food production lab is designed as per international standards for training hospitality students.
• It is equipped with all the latest modular kitchen equipment and students are provided with individual workstations for effective training.
• The spacious and well-ventilated kitchen lab helps the students to learn the essentials of food production.

Food and Beverage Service Lab

• A Food and Beverage service lab or restaurant is a formation that prepares and caters food and drinks to customers in return for money.
• Individual attention is given to all the students during practical sessions held on a regular basis at THS.
• THS has designed a well equipped Mock F&B Service lab i.e. Cafe and Restaurant Annapurna equipped with all the facilities which are required to train students with the overall functioning of the F and B Service department that includes banquets, restaurant and bar.

Front Office Lab

• The front office in any hotel is considered the face of that property.
• Welcoming a guest, handling their queries, reservations, EPBAX is an important function of Front Office.
• The Front Office lab is equipped with all the facilities which are required to train the students effectively.

Classrooms
