Library: The Tripura University library is the hub of learning support services, and it continues to be at the heart of academic fraternity teaching, learning, research, and research on campus. It serves as an integral partner in the community learning, teaching, and research activities by providing evidence-based, innovative learning support services and resources.

Computer Centre: The computer centre has set up a campus LAN with an optical fibre backbone that connects academic and administrative departments throughout the university. Internet access is available throughout the campus. About 40 PCs and one central server room are housed in the computer centre. It also organises other computer-related tasks such as student registration and results reporting. The centre hosts computer and information technology workshops. For several of the departments, practical computer classes are held. In the computer centre, teachers, officers, staff, research scholars, and students of Tripura University register their laptops for Wi-Fi connectivity.

Health Centre: Tripura University infrastructure has a health centre with full-time male and female doctors and nurses to serve students, teachers, staff, officers, and visitors. A separate building has been set up with a limited number of beds equipped with saline and oxygen. In addition, the university owns an ambulance that may transport patients to a local hospital in the event of an emergency.

Sports Facilities: Tripura University's sports board organises numerous sports and games for university students every year, including inter department football, volleyball, and cricket competitions. Sports and indoor games are held on an annual basis. These competitions attract many students, teachers, and non-teaching staff.
