• The CAT 2025 application process for MBA/PGDM courses is planned to begin in August 2025. Furthermore, the CAT 2025 exam will tentatively be held on November 30, 2025.
• MAT 2025 registrations are ongoing for the February session for UOU MBA admission 2025. Candidates can apply for MAT PBT and CBT 2025 exams till March 02 and 9, 2025, respectively, and the exams will be held on March 9 and 23, 2025, respectively.

Uttarakhand Open University (UOU) is an open state university of Uttarakhand and is situated in Haldwani. The university was established in 2005 by the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly. The university is recognised by esteemed education bodies like the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), UGC, and the Distance Education Bureau (DEB).

Uttarakhand Open University has established schools in different universities and offers more than 80 courses of degrees, certificates and diplomas. There are two sessions of admissions for these courses: Summer and Winter.

Uttarakhand Open University admissions are based on entrance exams and merit for a few courses. Programs like B.Ed and MBA require valid scores of UOU entrance exam or CAT/MAT.
