Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, [VNIT] Nagpur, is spread over 214 acres. It is acknowledged for its huge campus and residential facilities in India. Some of the highlighting features of the VNIT Nagpur infrastructure are mentioned below.
Classrooms: VNIT Nagpur campus has well-organised and furnished classrooms with digital boards installed in every class to ensure a student has a better learning experience. There are nine virtual classrooms, a classroom complex with G+6 floors, and 24 classrooms.
Hostel: The institute has 11 hostel buildings for boys and girls with a total capacity of 5000 students. VNIT Nagpur hostel has excellent residential facilities to cater to the needs of students. There are seven boys hostels and four girls hostels. Each hostel has a telephone, TV, sports items, water coolers, heaters, and mess facilities. Hostel inmates must join the mess. They have an independent mess where vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available. All residents must bear the wages of the mess cooks, servants, helpers, and cleaners.
