Vivekananda Global University Scholarship Details

Vivekananda Global University is committed to making education accessible and affordable for students from all walks of life. This is made possible through our need-cum-merit based financial aid. VGU provides numerous opportunities to its students regarding scholarships and education loans.

The scholarships are offered based on the marks obtained by students in the qualifying exam and the type of program the student is studying. More details regarding the Vivekananda Global University Scholarships are given below.

1. Academic Scholarship:

• • 75 to 89.99% in 12th grade or under graduation: 10% scholarship
  • 90% and above in 12th grade or under graduation: 15% scholarship

2. Special Category Scholarships:

• Sports: Available for students excelling in sports as mention below-

Note- No official document received from sports department so we are following the scholarship criteria as per the last year.

3. Alumni Scholarship: 

• • 20% Scholarship Available for VGU Passed out and Final year pursuing students.

Note- Only applicable for students who all are passed on and after year 2015.

4. CUET Scholarship:

• Upto 20% scholarship based on the CUET (Common University Entrance Test) score-
• 30 to 50: 10% scholarship
• 50 to 70: 15% scholarship
• 70 and Above: 20% scholarship
• Applicable for applications submitted before 15Th May for PG students.
• Applicable For UG students after announcement of UG CUET result valid upto 1 month.

5. VGUCET Scholarship: 

Based on VGUCET (University's Entrance Test - Phase 1) score:

• 50-60% score in VGUCET :10% scholarship
• 60-70% score in VGUCET: 15% scholarship
• 70-75% score in VGUCET: 20% scholarship
• 75% and above score in VGUCET: 25% scholarship

6. Shakti Scholarship:

• Exclusively for girl child candidates based on academic performance:
• 75% and below in 12th or Graduation: 10% scholarship
• 75% to 85% in 12th or Graduation: 20% scholarship
• 85% to 95% in 12th or Graduation: 25% scholarship
• 95 %and above in 12th or Graduation: 30% scholarship
• Note- If a Candidate is eligible for more than one scholarship, In that case only the highest scholarship will be provided.
  

7. On spot Admission scholarship

On spot Admission scholarship process & criteria on the basis of Interview 

Scholarship Criteria:

The scholarships will be awarded based on the interview round conducted by the respective department TLs. 

Only for those candidates who are doing their Registration or Provisional admission on the spot.

General Terms & Conditions:

• The scholarship will be applicable for the entire duration of the course.
• Not applicable for Pharma, P.HD, B.sc MLT, B.sc RIT, LLM 1 Year programs.
• Terms and conditions apply.
