VGU Admission Process 2025

The VGU admission process is conducted in two ways. The former is through the candidates appearing for the entrance examination and the latter is direct admission. Both the admissions procedures are described in detail below.

• Through Entrance Examination

Here, the candidates have to sit for the respective entrance examination as per the course they opt for. Further, they need to pay the application fee and submit the form.  The entrance tests which the candidates need to appear for are tabulated below. After clearing the entrance test and attaining valid marks, the candidates should send their documents to info@aifset.com & fill out the counseling form in detail. Further, the provisional fee and academic fee for the course the candidate has opted for have to be paid. Finally, the candidates should submit their original documents at the VGU Jaipur campus.

• Direct Admission

For direct admissions, all the candidates are required to pay an application fee of INR 2,000. Then, they are required to send their documents to admissions@vgu.ac.in. Further, the applicants should pay the provisional and academic fees pertaining to the course they have applied for. For the next-gen courses, the candidates also need to appear for a personal interview, where the communication skills and all the personal attributes of the applicants are taken into consideration. Also, the students who have opted for BBA (Hons.) Finance Stock Market/ Entrepreneurship/B.Com (H) Management Accounting/International Finance/MBA- Entrepreneurship/International Finance should appear for the GCEC Online Entrance Examination. The qualified candidates who fare well in the test progress further in the admission process by appearing for the PI round and sending the documents for verification. Then, they need to pay the fees (both academic and provisional). The original documents are submitted to the VGU Jaipur campus.

VGU Application Process 2025

The aspirants opting for courses at VGU need to register themselves with their basic details and then fill out the application form. The application fee for the same is INR 2000.
