Eligibility criteria for BDS:

• Candidate should be at least 17 years old during the time of application.

• Candidate should have passed Senior School Certificate examination (10+2) of Board of School Education, Haryana or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together both at qualifying and competitive examination and must have passed in the subject of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually in the qualifying examination.

Application Process for BDS:

• The candidate can register online through the online application form available on the official site.

• The online form comprises of personal details, details of academic background and selection of desired courses.

Admission Process for BDS:

• The selected candidates will be notified.

• Senior School Certificate examination (10+2) of Board of School Education, Haryana or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together both at qualifying and competitive examination and must have passed in the subject of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually in the qualifying examination.

• Selected applicants can procure admission by paying depositing the fees in the account.

Eligibility criteria for B.Ed:

• Candidate with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor Degree and / or in the Master’s Degree.

• There shall be no rounding off of percentage of marks of the qualifying examination from 0.5% and above to next higher number for determining the eligibility i.e. 49.5% and above will not be rounded off to 50%.

•  45% marks for SC/ST/Blind / physically handicapped and Visually Impaired candidates. 

• Compartmental candidates will not be allowed admission in B.Ed. (Regular Course) in any case.

Admission Process for B.Ed:

• The Admission to the B.Ed. is made on the basis of marks in the Qualifying Examination and through online counselling by the authorised State University of Haryana Government.

• Selected applicants can procure admission by paying depositing the fees in the account.

Eligibility Criteria for B.Sc:

•  The applicant must have passed 10+2 exam from the board of school education Haryana or any examination recognised as equivalent there to with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English (PCBE) with minimum 45% in aggregate marks (40% marks for reserved category). Candidates with 50% or more will be preferred.

• Candidate should be at least 17 years old at the time of applying.

• Candidate must be medically fit and medical fitness certificate shall have to be produced at the time of admission.

Application Process for B.Sc:

Admission Process for B.Sc:

• The admission to B.Sc. Nursing Program is made on the basis of the CET test conducted by Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak.

• The Management Quota Seats (25% of the sanctioned intake) for Nursing is filled as per the following criteria in order of preference.

• CET merit ranking conducted by Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak.

• Merit is based on the percentage of marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English.

Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech:

• Admission to B.Tech, 1st Year is based on the inter-se merit of JEE.

• At the time of admission, the candidate intending to take admission in any other B.Tech degree course should have passed in at least 5 subjects from any of the recognised boards or university, 10+2 examination with Physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry, Bio-Technology or Biology.

• The candidate should have obtained 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.

• All seats are to be filled as per the norms of the State Government and on the basis of merit in JEE 2026.

• All the seats are to be filled under one category of fees as decided by the state Government/State Fee & Admission Committee.

Application Process for B.Tech:

• Application process commences by applying online on JEE's website.

• Select the desired stream and register by providing the necessary details.

• Application and admission in B.Tech. in Yamuna Group of Institutions is based on JEE Main Paper and JEE Advanced followed counselling.

• Check the updated cut offs for different categories to know about application status after JEE main paper.

Admission Process for B.Tech:

• Out of total seats, 75% are to be filled through On-Line Off-Campus counselling conducted by Haryana State Counseling Society through NIC Haryana.

• The remaining 25% seats are known as management seats and will be filled up based on first inter-se merit of JEE- 2026 after receiving the applications from eligible candidates by giving advertisement in two leading newspapers.

• After exhausting the list of candidates with JEE, inter-se merit of the total score of the subjects stated in eligibility criteria of 10+2 examination will be used to fill the management seats.

• On completion of the counselling process, the remaining seats will also be filled by the management on the basis on inter-se merit in JEE /10+2 examination as motioned earlier on day –to-day basis.

• Finally, admission can be procured by depositing the fee to the account with the following details.

Eligibility Criteria for MBA:

• The admission is based on the Inter-se-merit of highest composite MAT score obtained in Dec.14/ Feb.15/ May 15conducted by AIMA.

• The candidate is eligible for MAT if he/she has any degree equivalent to graduation from a recognised University or Institution.

• The candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 3 years duration or Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from any recognised University or should have passed an examination recognised as equivalent  Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Guru Jambeshwar University, Hisar and Ch. Devi Lal University, Sirsa.

• The candidate should have a minimum of 50% marks (45% in case of reserved category) at the qualifying examination.
  OR
  The candidate should have passed Final Examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Costs and Works Accounts of India/Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Application Process for MBA:

Candidate can apply for MBA in Yamuna Group of Institutions by applying for MAT. The application process for MAT is as follows:-

• Candidate can register online at website link: by making payment of Rs.1400/- through Net Banking. Detailed procedure is given on the website link.

• For candidates who affix the photograph and sign the printout of Registration Form.

• For candidates who make the payment through Demand Draft (DD) or Online Payment.
  

Admission Process for MBA:

The admission for MBA is based on MAT. Procedure for undertaking MAT is:

• Test Centre City list is provided in the drop-down menu for the test centre choices in the registration form. Test Venues for Paper-Based Test and Computer Based Test are different. The Paper-Based Test will take place only on one day from 10.00am-12.30pm, whereas the Computer Based Test will take place in different time slots. If the number of candidates registered for Computer Based Test is limited and it can be accommodated in a single day; the test will be completed on the same day itself.
