AU AIMEE Counselling 2023 schedule will be released after the results are declared. Candidates who will clear the AU AIMEE Pharmacy 2023 will be called for the counselling process. Candidates will be able to download the counselling call letter from the official website.
Candidates will be sent an individual SMS confirming the counselling call letter’s announcement on the official website. For B. Pharmacy the general category candidates will have to pay INR 2000 and For D. Pharmacy INR 500 For B. Pharmacy the SC/ SCA/ ST candidates must pay INR 500 and For D. Pharmacy INR 250. Candidates will be given based on the reservation criteria for the different categories such as OC, BC, BC (Muslim), MBC/ DNC, SC, SCA, and ST.
AU AIMEE Pharmacy 2023 Counselling and Seat Allocation Process
AIMEE Counseling 2023 will be held shortly after the results are announced. Candidates who will successfully qualify for the AU AIMEE 2023 exam will go through the counselling process. The selected individuals will receive a selection of institutions from which to choose their desired seats. AU AIMEE Counseling 2023 applicants will be contacted according on their exam results.
- The applicants will be chosen in accordance with the previously described 69% reservation policy of the Government of Tamil Nadu.
Additionally, a special reservation has been created for candidates with disabilities. They have 3% of the available seats all to themselves.
First, a counselling session for applicants with disabilities will be held.
The AU AIMEE counselling 2023 fee set by the authorities for the general category candidate is INR 2000 for the B. Pharmacy programme and INR 500 for the D. Pharmacy programme. - Candidates from the SC, SCA, or ST categories must pay a counselling fee of INR 500 for the B.Pharmacy programme and INR 250 for the D.Pharmacy programme.
- There is no return for the counselling cost. The candidate must make a responsible decision at the counselling session because it cannot be changed after that.
- Payment for counselling services must be made in the form of a check payable to "The Registrar, Annamalai University."
The counselling session must be attended by the candidates. In the event that a candidate cannot attend due to extenuating circumstances, his or her parents must request permission from the appropriate party to attend on the applicant's behalf. -
Those applicants who already have submitted the required counselling fees will be added to the waiting list if he or she is not admitted after the seats have been assigned. After meeting the eligibility requirements, he or she may enrol if seats are still available in later rounds.

If an applicant or his or her parents fails to attend the counselling session on the scheduled date but shows up after hours on the specified date, that person will be given a seat in the appropriate category if one is still open at that time.
- Candidates seeking admission under the special reservation category must note that any sort of misinterpretation of facts or breach of eligibility criteria may lead to cancellation of admission.
AU AIMEE Pharmacy 2023 Counselling Call Letter
Candidates must download the counselling call letter from the official website. Candidates are sent an individual SMS confirming the counselling call letter’s arrival on the official website. Here is the list of documents that a candidate should carry with him/her to the counselling session:
- 10th Mark sheet
- HSC/ Equivalent Mark sheet
- Transfer certificate
- HSC Hall Ticket
- Permanent community certificate card for ST/ SC/ SCA/ MBC and DNC/ BC/ BCM.
- Nativity certificate (if applicable)
- 3 recent passport size photographs
- First graduate certificate and first graduate joint declaration (if applicable)
