ISRO counselling 2024 will take place after the results are announced. ISRO recruitment candidates will be short-listed for the skill test based on their performance in the written test and the number of vacancies available. The invitation letters for the ISRO selection interviews, which will be held at various sites, will be sent to candidates who made the shortlist in the online written examination.
The interview call letter will tell the shortlisted candidates about the centre, the address of the venue, time and date of the interview. ISRO website is where applicants must download their call letters for interviews.
The interview will account for 40% of the final results for the ISRO Administrative Officer exam. In contrast, the ultimate decision in the ISRO Scientist/Engineer recruitment is solely dependent on the performance of the candidates in the interview. Candidates must therefore begin preparing for the interview even before the findings are made public.
