Validity: The validity of NEET MDS 2025 results shall be only for the current admission session, i.e. 2025 admission session for MDS courses and cannot be carried forward for the next session of admissions for MDS courses.

NEET MDS 2025 Tie Breaking Rules
Mentioned below are the applied clauses when two or more candidates secure the same marks in NEET MDS 2025 results.
- NEET MDS Candidates with fewer incorrect answers in the overall paper will get a higher merit position.
- If the above condition is the same for concerned candidates, the candidate with a higher score in Section B of NEET MDS exam paper will get a higher rank.
- If the marks do not break the tie in section B of NEET MDS, the accuracy attained by the candidate will be checked, which means the candidate with a lesser number of incorrect answers will get the better rank.
- In case the tie still prevails, the final criteria are the age; the older candidate in age will get a higher rank in NEET MDS.

- In pursuance of the Hon'ble Supreme Court order dated 10.04.2008 and according to detailed instructions of the Ministry of Human Resource Development vide their O.M. No. 1-1/2005-UI A/847 dated 20th April 2008 Ministry of Health & FW has decided to implement OBC reservation in All India Quota in a phased manner on the pro-rata basis regarding seats being contributed to the All India Quota by the Central Education Institutions only from the academic year 2009.
- To maintain the exact percentage of OBC seats, some of the Institutes decrease or increase OBC seats in the alternate year without disturbing the total Number of seats.
