NTSE syllabus 2024 must be referred to by candidates before applying for the exam. Candidates can refer to the 9th, and 10th standard syllabus for social science, mathematics, and science since the exam paper will be based on these subjects.

Subject-wise Syllabus for NTSE Exam
Candidates can refer the basic structure of the NTSE 2024 that has been given below.
- Mental Ability Test (MAT) - 50 MCQs to test the ability of the candidates to judge their power of reasoning, ability to think, evaluate and discriminate, spatial orientation, etc.
- Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) - 100 MCQs from Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology), Mathematics, Social Studies (History, Geography, Political Science and Economics) and also includes Language Comprehensive Test of 50 MCQs
