Jharkhand Polytechnic PECE 2025 application window will tentatively open by Feb 19, 2025, on the official webpage. Jharkhand Polytechnic PECE 2025 application process consists of 4 steps namely registration, Application, Uploading files and finally the Application fee payment. Candidates can follow the list of steps required to fill out the registration form which is given below:
Step 1: Registration
- On the official website click on the ‘JCECEB PECE 2025’ tab.
- Click on the ‘New Registration’
- Fill in all the necessary information.
- Click on ‘Submit’
- Note down the Registration Id for further reference.
Step 2: Application
- On the official website click on the ‘Login’ button.
- Enter your Date of Birth and Registration Id to login.
- Fill your Educational and Personal details.
- Click on ‘Submit’
Step 3: Upload Files
- Upload scanned images of your passport-sized photograph, thumb impression, and signature.
- The files and images have to be in the specified format and size.
- The file size should not be more than 50kb.
- After uploading click on the ‘Proceed’ button.
Step 4: Application Fee Payment
- The Application Fee can be paid through Online and Offline modes of payment which is available in the drop-down list.
- In the online mode, the payment can be made through Internet Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card.
- In offline mode take a print out of the “E-Challan”.
- Send the filled application form with all the required documents to the address of the examination controller.
- After completing the payment take a printout of the filled application form for further use.

Jharkhand Polytechnic Exam (PECE) 2025 Eligibility
The conducting body specifies certain requirements the candidates must satisfy to be eligible to apply for the examination. The Eligibility criteria to apply for the Jharkhand Polytechnic (PECE) 2025 are as follows
Based on Educational Qualification
- Must have passed the 10th or equivalent exam with a minimum of 35%
- Students appearing for the 10th or equivalent exam are also eligible. But they must pass the examination before the counselling process.
Based on Residential Criteria
(Any ONE of the below conditions should hold good)
- Aspirants should be permanent residents of Jharkhand.
OR
- Candidates should be the ward of a central government employee working in Jharkhand.
OR
- Candidates should be the ward of a state government employee.
Age Limit Criteria
- Candidates applying for Mining Engineering should be at least 17 years
old on or before 1st July 2025.
- Other than that, there is no minimum or maximum age limit.

Jharkhand Polytechnic Entrance Exam 2025 admit card will be available on the official website at least a week before the exam date. The conducting authority will release the admit card on the official website only.

Jharkhand Polytechnic (PECE) 2025 Counselling
Jharkhand Polytechnic Entrance Exam 2025 Counselling Dates will be announced soon on the official website. The counselling process ensures that shortlisted candidates can complete their desired admission process into the college. The steps include registration which is online with document verification. The seats will be allotted based on certain factors. After a few rounds of counselling, depending on vacancies, all candidates can enrol on polytechnic institutions. Shortlisted candidates must follow the steps mentioned below, including those who qualify for the exam by securing the minimum marks.
- Step 1: Registration will be done online through the official website.
- Step 2: Counselling Fee Payment to avail of the services of counselling rounds.
- Step 3: Choice Filling as per preferences.
- Step 4: Seat Allotment lists will be released based on choices of candidates and availability of seats.
- Step 5: Reporting to Respective Colleges.
PECE 2025 Seat Allotment
If the candidate is satisfied with the allotted seat, He/She can book the same by paying an acceptance fee of INR 1000. After which, the admission letter will be sent to the registered email. This must be printed out and produced at the time of college reporting on the date and time specified to them.
Note: Seat rejection can be done if candidates are not satisfied by the seat given to them. Upgradation of the seat will result in the candidates having to appear in the next phase of counselling. By paying INR 1000 for upgradation, candidates will have to await for the vacant seats of the first list of seat allotment.
PCECE 2025 Counselling Fee
The information related to the counselling will be updated on the official website. Candidates receiving the counselling notification must submit a challan through the post office.
- The challan amount for candidates belonging to the General and OBC is INR 400.
- For SC/ST and female candidates, the amount payable is INR 250.
Candidates must carry original documents and one set of photocopies while attending the counselling.
