SSC CPO exam pattern 2024 has been revised. The new marking scheme includes a negative marking of one-third of the allotted marks to a question, for each wrong answer. This marking pattern will apply to both Paper 1 and Paper 2.
The marking pattern for Sub Inspector in Delhi Police and CAPFs Examination has been revised by the commission. The notice regarding the same was released on the official website. As per the new scheme, one-third of the allotted marks to a question will be deducted for every wrong answer in Paper 1 and Paper 2.
SSC CPO exam pattern 2024 is prescribed by the commission for all the papers and tests. The exam will be conducted in offline mode. The exam will be a Paper Based Test (PBT) in which the candidate has to fill in the OMR sheets provided. SSC CPO Exam Pattern 2024
THE SSC CPO 2024 exam will be conducted in three stages: Paper I, Physical Endurance Test (PET)/Physical Standards Test, and Paper II.
- Paper-I: This is a preliminary exam in which the candidate is required to clear a minimum cut-off as decided by the Commission. This cut-off varies category-wise.
- Physical Endurance Test (PET): The candidates who successfully pass Paper-I, proceed toward the Physical Endurance Test (PET)/Physical Standards Test, where several tests are conducted to check the physical fitness of the candidate.
- Paper-II: The third stage, which is Paper-II, is conducted for those candidates who clear the Physical Endurance Test. This consists of a written test.
- The final results are declared based on combined scores of both the written exam of Paper I and Paper II and the Physical Endurance Test.
SSC CPO Paper 1 Exam Pattern 2024
SSC CPO 2024 exam for Paper-I will contain Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). The Questions will be set in both English and Hindi. The Paper-I pattern is tabulated as follows:

SSC CPO PET Exam Pattern 2024- Physical Endurance Test (PET)
SSC CPO Exam will have a Physical Endurance Test (PET) which is compulsory for every candidate who has passed Paper I of this exam. The parameters of testing are different for male and female candidates. Several physical tests will be conducted in this part of the exam which are mentioned below:
