SVNIRTAR CET Counselling 2023 dates are declared after the result announcement. The counselling is conducted based on merit. Candidates with higher ranks are given preferences for counselling and seat allocation. Candidates can check their rank at the time of results itself. The rank of the candidate will be published on the official website.

A merit list/ Waiting list will be generated on the basis of marks obtained in the Common Entrance Test - 2023. The result and schedule of counselling will be available on the website www.svnirtar.nic.in & www.niohkol.nic.in by the stipulated date. The candidates are advised to appear for counselling based on results published on the Offical Website. The counselling for admission shall be held at Swami Vivekanand National Institute of Rehabilitation Training & Research (SVNIRTAR). The candidate will have to secure the seat on the same day after counselling by depositing the admission fees. The candidates should report to the Chairman, CET - 2023, Director, SVNIRTAR, Cuttack on the date and time notified for counselling in person. The allotment of course/Institute will be made only when they attend the counselling.
SVNIRTAR CET Counselling 2023 Procedures
The candidates will be called in the order of merit and shall be offered the seat and Institute available/vacant at his/her turn. Each candidate will have to select a course and Institute(subject to eligibility) from the available seat of the Institute. The parents/guardian shall not be allowed in the counselling hall. However, the candidate may be given enough opportunity to consult his/her guardian prior to counselling.
At the time of counselling, the candidates have to produce original certificates and two sets of self-attested photocopies thereof. One of the original documents (10th certificate/12th mark sheet) may be retained in the Institute until the completion of the first-year examination. A candidate, who fails to appear in person on the notified date and time for counselling shall forfeit his/her claim for a seat. The candidate who is allotted a seat shall be admitted provisionally. He/She will be required to deposit the prescribed fee on the spot by demand draft.
