TJEE 2024 Counselling Process
The Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination (TJEEB) conducts the counselling process online on the official website. The aspirants who appeared in the TJEE are eligible to apply for the counselling and seat allotment. The candidates must also be updated regarding the timelines related to the TJEE counselling to avoid delays or cancellation of candidature.
The steps to apply for the TJEE counselling are as follows:
- Step 1: Go to the official website- tbjee.nic.in
- Step 2: Click on the “Link for Counselling” tab.
- Step 3: The following window will appear. Only previously registered candidates who have appeared in the TJEE exam are eligible for counselling. Registered candidates can log in using the Registration ID and Password
- Step 4: Proceed with filing out the marks in 10+2 and upload the relevant documents.
- Step 5: Check the entered details carefully and submit the TJEE counselling registration form.
Kindly note: Candidates are advised to check and re-check the details entered in the counselling registration form before clicking on the final submit button. No changes will be entertained once the form has been submitted.
Documents Required for TJEE 2024 Counselling
As per the official instructions published by TJEEB the candidate must have the following documents while applying for the TJEE counselling: (Format: JPG/JPEG/PDF; Size: max 500 kb size for each document)
- Class 10th marksheet.
- Class 12th marksheet
- Admit Card of Madhyamik Shiksha/Birth certificate (proof of age)
- PRTC (not Citizenship certificate)/ other certificates as proof of residency).
- Caste (SC/ ST) Certificate of the candidate (if applicable)
- Persons with Disabilities (PwD) Certificate (if applicable)
- Ward of Ex-Serviceman Certificate (if applicable)
- Certificate regarding the period of stay of Candidate / Father / Mother for not less than five years in case of wards of Ex-Servicemen/ Serving Defence Personnel, issued by the appropriate authority, where necessary (if applicable)
- Certificate proof of Serving Defence Personnel (if applicable)
- Seat surrendered certificate (if applicable)

Before the choice locking window closes the TJEEB releases the TJEE seat matrix to indicate the number of seats available for each course and category across the participating colleges.
