The registration form for SOF-ICO will be available only for SOF-registered schools. Students studying in either of the classes from 1 to 10 can apply for the commerce Olympiad through their school. If not registered, the school can register itself by sending a request e-mail to Science Olympiad Foundation. Know the details of the ICO 2024-25 registration process.
Students of classes 11th and 12th are eligible for the SOF ICO exam. The prospectus that includes the registration forms is sent to all schools registered with SOF as per the scheduled time. Schools that are not registered with the Science Olympiad Foundation can also request a prospectus by sending an email or by contacting the SOF office. The registration form needs to be returned to the SOF by the respective schools.

SOF ICO 2024-25 Registration
The process of student registration will be the responsibility of the school coordinator. Students should enroll their roll numbers to the school coordinator. A copy of these roll numbers should be clubbed with the Student's Registration Sheet (SRS) and School Registration Form (SRF) while sending it to the Foundation's office by the due date.
Then the students and the applicant school will be registered by the foundation. The question papers and guidelines for conducting the examination will get dispatched. As per the guidelines, any school can get registered as a center for the SOF ICO exam, and there is absolutely no fee required from the institution to become a registered examination center.
However, there needs to be a registration of a minimum of 5 students for SOF ICO from each school for feasibility reasons. Since individual registrations are not accepted by students, one can only register via his/her school.
SOF ICO Registration Fee
SOF charges INR 125 per student ($9 per student for International schools), including 18% GST, for the examination. The amount is payable if you belong to a school in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, or Bhutan.
- Fee exception: If a student is suffering from any major physical disabilities or if their parent was martyred during defense operations, they are excused from making a payment for the exam.
- Additionally, the school can also collect an amount of up to INR 25 ($1 per student for International schools) for an honorarium of the in-charge, remuneration given to teachers, study material supplied by the SOF, and other miscellaneous expenses.
Schools that are participating in these olympiad exams can courier the filled forms along with the payment.
The following modes mentioned below can be adopted for fee payment.
- Demand draft or multicity cheque should be drawn in favor of Science Olympiad Foundation payable at Delhi.
- For online transfer (NET/RTGS), the amount can be deposited in any of the following bank accounts, and the amount should not exceed INR 2 lakhs in a single transaction per day.

SOF ICO Exam Pattern
The SOF-ICO, is an objective type exam conducted only for students of classes 11 and 12. SOF-ICO is a single-level exam with a duration of 1 hour. The SOF International Commerce Olympiad Exam will be conducted during school hours. The SOF ICO question paper consists of four sections.

- Accountancy
- Achievers' section
