PGPEM is a two-year ten month long course. The PGPEM syllabus has four terms as part of the curriculum, with each semester lasting three months each in an academic year. The PGPEM courses are scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays. The course curriculum includes core and elective subjects.
The PGPM duration is for two years. In the second year, the students may choose the elective courses from the other PGP programme, IIMB institute. Mainly core courses are offered in the first year and elective courses in the 2nd year. The PGPM course incorporates managerial skills among the students to help them move to higher working profiles.
