As the name suggests, the Genpact Social Impact Fellowship GSIF is a one-year fellowship program for the professionals to work on selective high priority projects with a few listed NGOs to create a high social impact. Various benefits are provided to the shortlisted fellows which influence positively in boosting up their career growth as well as enhancing their professional skills.
Note: GSIF Scholarship application for 2023 still needs to be updated. However, the expected date for 2023 will be declared soon.

Eligibility Criteria
Genpact Social Impact fellowship popularly known as Genpact fellowship was launched back in the year 2016 by Genpact in association with Edelgive Foundation. It is basically a social transformation program to let the professionals work with leading NGOs and Non profit organisations to bring positive changes in the society. The GSIF eligibility criteria is explained below.
- The applicant must be holding a graduate or a postgraduate degree in any stream.
- He/she should have a professional experience of at least 5 years of full-time work preferably in the social sector or in the areas like process transformation, consulting, technology, project management etc.
- The candidate should be passionate and truly committed towards bringing up transformation in the society for its betterment.
- He/she should have problem solving capabilities and should be good in interpersonal and analytical skills.The candidate should also be involved in advanced project management.
- The ability to engage with the senior management, potential influencing skills with a great thought processing are a few more of the eligibility criterias to receive GSIF scholarship.
- The applicants should possess an exceptional communication skill and fluency in English/ Hindi/ Regional languages.
- He/she should be kind, self-motivated, focused and compassionate with good strategic decision making powers.
- The interested professional should have the ability to work in a synergetic environment.
- A good experience in other fields like stakeholder management, change management, aptitude for data and analytics etc. is also required to claim GSIF scholarship.
- The candidate applying for GSIF 2023 must be skilled in Computer handles such as MS Office and PowerPoint.

How to Apply for the GSIF Scholarship?
The vision of the GSIF scholarship conducted by Genpact is to solve India’s social problems at a large scale by leveraging Genpact’s core expertise of process reengineering using Lean Six Sigma and design thinking. The interested applicants can easily apply for GSIF online through the following steps.
Step 1: Firstly the candidate should assemble all the mandatory GSIF scholarship documents including updated CV with cover letter.
Step 2: The next step is to prepare a GSIF scholarship application letter with all the required personal details mentioned on it.
Step 3: Final step is to mail the documents together in a single PDF to the email id gsif.genpact@genpact.com.
