Sarla Devi Scholarship Highlights

The Sarla Devi scholarship is an initiative of the Dharampal Satyapal Charitable Trust, which the DS Group promotes. The scholarship is presented to those deserving meritorious students who cannot fund their education. The Sarla Devi scholarship 2022 aids the selected candidates by funding a maximum Sarla Devi scholarship amount of INR 75,000.

Note: The Sarla Devi scholarship application for 2023 still needs to be updated. However, the expected date for 2023 will be declared soon.

The Dharampal Satyapal Charitable Trust provides two different scholarships. The eligibility criteria and rewards for the Sarla Devi scholarships 2022 are given below.

Sarla Devi Scholarship
  • Candidates pursuing their academic career in Bachelor’s degree in Science, Arts, Commerce and Vocational courses can apply.
  • The annual family income should not surpass INR 4,50,000.
  • The candidate must be based around Delhi NCR.

Candidates studying in the science stream receive INR 75,000, whereas INR 20,000 and INR 25,000 are given to arts and commerce students.

Sarla Devi Scholarship for Students in Crisis
  • The applicants must pursue any stream, including science, commerce and arts.
  • The annual family income should not exceed INR 4,50,000.
  • Candidates facing a personal life crisis, such as an orphan, physically disabled, cancer patient etc, are given particular preference.

 

Under this scholarship scheme, the candidates are sanctioned INR 10,000.

How to Apply for the Sarla Devi Scholarships?

The eligible applicants can complete the application process for the scholarship by filling out the Sarla Devi application form. The candidates can refer to the below-given procedure while applying for the scholarship scheme.

Step 1: Firstly, candidates interested in applying for the scholarship need to visit the Sarla Devi scholarship official website, Buddy4study.

Step 2: If the applicant is a new user, they must register themselves before proceeding with the application.

Step 3: After obtaining the Sarla Devi login the candidate must select the category and the ‘start application’ tab after logging in.

Step 4: They must upload all the necessary and authentic Sarla Devi documents.

Step 5: The candidate must cross-verify the completed details and submit the application form.

The candidates are required to submit authentic and original Sarla Devi documents. A list of the documents is provided underneath.
