TS ECET Exam Instructions 2024: Guidelines, Dress Code

TS ECET Exam Instructions: Osmania University has published the TS ECET exam instructions for 2024. According to the TS ECET exam day guidelines 2024, candidates must arrive at the examination venue on time.

Applicants will not be permitted to take the TS ECET 2024 exam without a hall ticket. Candidates are not permitted to wear watches or shoes during the examination. If it is discovered that the candidate has used unfair tactics, they will be disqualified.

TS ECET 2024 Exam Day Instructions

TS ECET 2024 Exam day instructions have been listed below for the candidates to adhere to in order to appear for the examination

• The TS ECET exam will be conducted from 9.00 AM to 12.00 NOON / 3.00 PM to 6.00 PM. The candidates must report to the exam centre by 07.30 AM/ 1.30 PM for the verification process/ registration process, which may take some time. 
• Candidates must bring their hall ticket for the exam, or they will not be allowed to sit for TS ECET 2024 examination.
• The candidates must bring the documents required for the verification process.
• After the exam, the candidates must return the application form and rough work booklet before leaving the exam hall, or else strict actions will be taken against them.
• The candidates must affix their latest photograph on the application form duly attested by a Gazetted Officer / Principal of the College where the candidate has last studied and be handed over to the Invigilator after signing in the presence of the Invigilator. The candidates who fail to do so will not be provided results.
• No Calculators, Mathematical / Log Tables, Pagers, Cell Phones, or Wristwatches will be allowed in the examination hall. The candidate who does not adhere to this policy will not be allowed to sit for the examination.
• If the candidate has to submit their belongings, the authorities will not be responsible for the loss or damage to the belongings.
• Candidates will be provided with a rough sheet for rough work, which has to be returned at the end of the examination.
• The candidates must enter their name and registration number on the rough booklet.
• Candidates must not put designs like Mehandi ink on their hands for identification purposes.
• If there is an issue with the system provided to the candidates, they must report it to the exam invigilator soon. 
• In case any time is lost during the changing of the system, compensation will be provided
• The candidates must not use unfair means, or they will be disqualified.

TS ECET 2024 Documents to Carry

The candidates must bring the following documents for the TS ECET 2024 exam.

• Print out of Hall Ticket with Candidate’s Signature (At least 2 Copies).
• Valid Photo Identity Card (Original) such as College ID Card / Aadhaar Card / Driving License / Passport / PAN Card / Voter ID.
• Passport Size photographs of the candidate.
• Print out of Filled in Online Application Form.
• Caste certificate in case of SC/ST category only.
• Water Bottle.
• Black/Blue Ball Point pen.

TS ECET 2024 Dress Code

Candidates must follow the following dress code for TS ECET 2024 or else they won't be allowed to sit for the examination

• No wristwatch.
• No full-sleeve shirts.
• No shoes.
• No socks.
• No wallet.
• No chains or rings.
• No metal hair clips.

TS ECET 2024 Details

TS ECET or Telangana State Engineering Common Entrance is an entrance examination conducted for Diploma candidates and B.Sc.(Mathematics) Degree candidates. The TS ECET [FDH & B.Sc.(Mathematics)] will be conducted by JNTU University Hyderabad on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education for the year 2024 - 24. The following details for TS ECET 2024

• TS ECET 2024 is being conducted for lateral entry admissions into 2nd year regular B.E. / B.Tech.
• The All India Council must approve all the courses for Technical Education & University in University colleges and affiliated Engineering colleges (Minority & Non-Minority) in the State of Telangana.
• For lateral entry admissions through the Common Entrance Test into the 2nd year Regular B. Pharmacy Course in both University and private, professional institutions (Minority & Non-Minority) approved by the Pharmacy Council of India.
